Several of my clips broke when I installed my RokBlokz mud flaps.Had this exact problem when installing my megachip mudguards (luckily they give replacement pins lol).
One of the clips snapped in half and fell into the fender vent area, it's pretty benign and I can't hear it since it has very little room (if any to move around). Does anyone have experience getting into the vent area? I pryed back the fender liner a little and couldn't see a way to access it, but I didn't pull any clips to access. I'm honestly just thinking of leaving it as is...
However, all ended up on the ground. guess I was lucky...
I have since purchased a clip remover tools from Harbor Freight
