You might as well touch it. What’s done is done. How noticeable is it with the AC turned on?

Go to your local Honda Parts dept and see if there's a replacement part that can be ordered. The pics look like the clear plastic cover is cracked and chipped. Crazy a foam cleaner, brush and microfiber towel did that. I wonder if it was cracked previously and you just noticing it now after doing the detailing.

No plastic protective film on mine. Maybe they forgot and left it on yours. Try pealing it off.
I thought about it cause i look like a plastic film underneath but my friend stop me tell me shouldn't touch it do research first they said it look like whole piece of hard plastic not the film overlay

Can't replace just the clear plastic lens, you'd have to replace the whole unit. Here is the part number... A bit pricey from Honda, but I'm sure you can find it somewhere else cheaper or maybe even eBay for a used unit.

Or do it yourself, it takes like 5 minutes to remove the AC vent from the dashboard and to unplug 3 harnesses, the AC unit module is held on to the vent trim with 6 screws.

Looks cracked/broken from the pictures, but hopefully it is some sort of protective film on yours.

If it is cracked I have one of these HVAC controls I would sell for a reasonable cost. PM if you want to see some pictures.
