Sorry to hear this story. Brutal experience. Fortunately, in the end the problems have been corrected so you can enjoy the car. Obviously, you have another problem as to where to take your car for future service.

Take it to a suspension shop and see if they can diagnose it. Then you can take it to the dealer and show them exactly what is wrong. A good suspension shop will be able to find the problem and will point it out to you while its on the lift so you can photo/video the issue for the dealer.

I think you can hold down the power button to the radio for a certain amount of time and it will reboot the system. Maybe give that try. You can likely search youtube or google "reboot" Honda Civic entertainment system.
