I didn’t join until I bought my car. Didn’t do any research because I wasn’t expecting to trade in my FK8.

I just got mine from Fort Wayne indiana. No mark up but I did have to buy 5k in accessories so I got the CF wing and some other interior accessories I would have wanted anyways. Waited 1.5 years on their list for it.

Well…I knew 1 year before the car came out that I wanted it and put my name down at a local dealership. I’m a dumbass and didn’t know about ADMs at the time and the dealership never mentioned anything. So 2 months before the car came out I found out they wanted to charge me 15k ADM. so I had to find another dealership and most without ADMs had a very long list or weren’t taking new people. So I found this and another dealership. But the other dealership was charging 2300 in useless accessories like nitrogen air in tires and were screwing me on my trade in car value. So yeah I had to wait unfortunately.

Bought mine beginning of this year for just a bit over that ($56k OTD) and no regrets. And yah, AspecR will take care of you ?

So I sent the copy of the AspecR offer sheet to my neighbor who works at the local Honda and they said they would match it at $55k OTD on the championship white one in their show room.

I left from south Florida to Tennessee a couple hours after that text. Get to think for a few days whether to go with the white when I get back which is my second choice or wait for a black one. They even said they would throw in tint which is nice.

Not impossible, but black will be tough. I understand not wanting to settle or compromise, but you may be waiting a while for an unknown price at an unknown dealership. At current production volumes they're only making 300-400 CBP FL5s or 10% of the lot. If you're completely fine with that, I would wait. There's nothing better than getting exactly what you want on your terms.

He’s actually quite lucky at the moment. There are 3 CBP FL5s on the ground in South Florida. 9 days ago there weren’t any for sale in the entire state.
