2025 CTR. Championship White.
The result is fantastic. The water temp stability is 100% witchcraft. 89c for almost the whole lap !?
Care to share what you know that we don't ?

The result is fantastic. The water temp stability is 100% witchcraft. 89c for almost the whole lap !?
Care to share what you know that we don't ?
Main thing is air flow management (ie. prevent the air entering the grille from escaping around the radiator, fill the voids with foam, etc etc) and ethanol fuel.

Alcon TA6+ BBK with TRUSTALIGN spec 355x32 rotor (only 5mm larger in diameter than OE to keep weight in check)
Rotor is 8.5kg which is 1.5kg lighter than OE and all its competitors.

Where did you get this BBK? Is it specific to the FL5 or did you need some custom machining etc to make it fit? Also saw online that this caliper has dust seals. Have you cooked them yet?

Ordered through my local Alcon supplier who gets the adaptors and hats made overseas to suit the specific application.

Yet to track test them as I'm still waiting on endless pads that are on back order until next year so I have no info on the seal longevity but a lot of the local time attack guys run this caliper and I haven't heard of any issues thus far...

Here's the breakdown where you can see the dust seals in front of the piston seal
