100% this. Your initial plan is the worst thing you could do. 1: Get a battery trickle charger (Ctek small one is a good choice) if you think you'll need it; which you probably won't as you're only talking about a few weeks ? 2: Leave the car alone till you're ready to drive it. 3: Drive it. j.

I can't tell you, as I'm not in the same place as my car (unfortunately) but, there HAS to be a compliance plate, somewhere.

Was there not a build / compliance plate under the bonnet ? Door pillar ?

I don't know much, but I do know what a good automotive sound system sounds like. The base (non-BOSE) system we get in the Oz-delivered cars, is.. garbage. Doesn't really bother me, as I like listening to the turbo and exhaust noises and it's not a daily for me. But I can confirm it's crapness.
