Anyone else notice?
on the trunk portion for storage, the katana edge is facing up as proper respect to store the blade
on the outer side, the katana edge is face down like in usage or cutting (the car is driving)
This is my own interpretation because the Type R is designed and imported from Japan, where the katana is deeply engrained in the art and culture
I suppose you could also say the reverse lights are symbolic of the sun reflecting off the blade
in the trunk portion, there is visible Suguha style hamon on the blade edge (straight hamon; highly regarded art style)
