Its hard to say since the stocks were on PS4S and my EC7 (+43 9.5) have 200TW tires but the 18s make a HUGE different in comfort and I did not notice anything in terms of handling (more grip but I attribute that to the tire compound, I did go 275 instead of 265). I don't think you would gain anything going +58 over +43.

I am not saying suspension geometry is not affected, it probably is, but its not enough that I could notice anything (and I bet most won't)

The 18x9.5 ET43 EC-7 in Satin Black is enticing but I'd rather have them in the ET58 offset just because its closer to the OEM setup.

These would be the first dedicated track day wheels so I still dont know what the complications or the difference is between getting 18x9.5 ET43 vs 18X9.5 ET58.

I used the will it fit website and the 18x9.5 ET 58 had the most minimal difference in varation with a tire in 265/35/R18 compared to the OEM setup.

The 18x9.5" ET43 is a direct fit for these cars. They can actually fit a surprising amount of wheel and tire with no additional modification. In fact, we have an 18x10.5" ET47 fitment in our VS-5RS that is a bolt-on and go affair.

There are a lot of opinions on scrub radius and torque steer around these parts, but in trying to remain as impartial as possible, you're going to experience the "FWD performance problems" on this car regardless of offset.

I actually forgot you have EC-7s lmao ??. Gotcha. I'll just get them in +43. Im just worried about the fitment but it looks like thats a non issue

Gotcha ?? I thought there was a significant difference with that offset. Im still new to this so Im not familiar with wheels and fitment. I just want something thats a direct fit and wint give me any issues. Will definitely order a set when I get home.

yeah the +43 fits excellent, they look like they were made for the FL5, perfect fitment, just perfect flush

Their online description suggest that it is a true drop in install. Can anyone verify this?
Class racing rules state I cannot modify any of the body panels, fascias, or structural members to install, so I am looking for solutions.
