Fresh off da press. You think they would use a better brake fluid like Castro. Now serious question here, where's Gridzila lol

Just watched this - surprised Mark ran that thing in +R vs. another mode with the pedal dance (which may have helped the brakes as he noted later) - you could see him bouncing all over the place. Team comfort mode for sure here.

I'm pretty lazy I'll spend more to do less over the year ?
For whatever it is worth, for me the RL600 paired with Paragon R5 front/rear has made it ~12x 15min sessions so far since I put it in without bleeding. I will bleed before the next event since it's the off-season anyway, and SRF potentially could go longer over time, but I don't think that's too bad.

I also have a Motive power bleeder with the adapter for the Honda Master Cylinder, so bleeds are pretty painless. :)

I mean considering you can just get SRF at FCP euro and send it back forever its essentially free (aka shipping price which will be cheaper than any decent brake fluid) so there is no reason not to use SRF unless you don't live in the US.

I hadn't heard of this - I guess I need to look into whatever this is.

yeah look into it, its legit. Have been doing it for a few years for oil and brake fluid. Wish they had more non euro only like rotors (which I had done on my old m2)

You buy anything from FCP euro, use it. When you read to change it you buy it again, when it arrives, do the swap, send them the used stuff, get store credit.

I live like an hour away so flat rate is actually more expensive however I have noticed that lately UPS has the cheapest rates. Always use pirateship.com. Maybe from say Cali flat rate is cheaper but if you are close-ish I would look into UPS instead.

I think the fluid boiling was not the worst of it, the piston seals are a bit more concerning. Titanium shims could have probably helped there but not totally fixed the issue.

The whole video is an advertisement for AP Racing? No kidding, I really enjoyed what I've watched so far. Work keeps getting in the way.
