I think he might be based on his video description. I'm running with that group in two weeks. I'm going to try to track him down. Are they an instructor?

Don't track him down on track maybe keep your distance ?I think he might be based on his video description. I'm running with that group in two weeks. I'm going to try to track him down.
I actually want to get behind him on track if I can, and pass him. It'll be an easier conversation to have in the pits if I do that. Like "Hey dude! Can I show you a faster line through "xyz section"?Don't track him down on track maybe keep your distance ?
Sir, I drive a Porsche. Only god himself could show me a better line.I actually want to get behind him on track if I can, and pass him. It'll be an easier conversation to have in the pits if I do that. Like "Hey dude! Can I show you a faster line through "xyz section"?
That's cool. You can see how they operate and if they are open to maybe a Type R/Integra session if we get enough.I think he might be based on his video description. I'm running with that group in two weeks. I'm going to try to track him down.
I'm sure they probably would be. I love running with TSCC, and I still recommend them. Was just a bit taken aback when YT recommended that video to me, and then having read the description. Possible the guy has picked up some bad habits along the way. Certainly happened to me, but he can't continue on like that, and certainly hope he isn't putting his students in the same situation. That's cool. Porsche has a really good traction control system, so I'd be willing to bet that it's probably kicking in quite a bit to keep him stable.Sir, I drive a Porsche. Only god himself could show me a better line.
I used to use SRF exclusively but when it went unobtanium a few years back I switched to Redline RL600. I wish I had an opportunity to back-to-back them in the same vehicle but my experience with SRF was that it wasn't going to magically fix a weak brake system from having soft pedal (not that it necessarily should be expected to), and I've really not had any issues with RL600 and it's quite a bit cheaper, so I've stuck with it.Was just coming to post that. Great video as always.
I agree that SRF is king but Endless brake fluid is pretty competent too, it technically should have not boiled. I wonder if the pads had something to do with it + melting the brembo seals. This is not unheard of on those brembo brakes but some fast guys here and had not heard that happening. Of course going to AP or Paragon is the smart thing if you track a lot but the brembos seemed fine for the mid pack guys.
my main draw to SRF is you don't have to change it as often. it's super hydrophobic. people have tested opened bottles a year later and no water was found.I used to use SRF exclusively but when it went unobtanium a few years back I switched to Redline RL600. Ya, that's definitely the main advertised appeal of the SRF along with the associated wet boiling point, but obviously that can be accomplished by a few extra brake bleeds over the year on other fluid as well. Dry vs. dry, I don't think there's going to be much of a difference and it's definitely a premium price point.my main draw to SRF is you don't have to change it as often. it's super hydrophobic. people have tested opened bottles a year later and no water was found.
