FWIW, I have run the Mountain Pass Performance version of KW V3s on my Tesla since 2019, and I haven't had any issues other than recently I noticed a bump adjuster fell off (easy fix). The car was tracked frequently during the first 2 years of ownership.
I'm at 80000mi now so the shocks probably could use a refresh, but since it's been a DD for the last 75000mi it hasn't been a priority.
I don't have any more-recent experience though (ie, on newer sets), and they were outside of what I was looking for price-wise on the Type R at least starting out - the Clubsports (and V3's) got spendy!
