Slight ticking/clicking noise when turning right

I've had this the whole time I've had the FL5 (3 years). When I turn right in the parking garage at work I get that loud clicking too

Did this ever come back? Shop found nothing wrong with my suspension, re torqued my sub frame which fixed it.

Now it’s back 3 weeks later… I can’t with this stupid car.

Bumping again.... hoping anyone can shed any insight / help they could possibly provide.

Really don't want to take it to honda, tell them its a subframe click, and have them replace all my suspension components which don't need to be replaced
