And we’re back! Our apologies for the recent site downtime and thank you for your patience. The site had to be taken offline while we fixed ongoing server issues. Unfortunately, it took longer than we expected.

Bad News: during the fix we had to roll back the site to July 23, so you may notice some recent posts and private messages missing (from July 24th). We hope you’ll help by reposting any missing threads / posts that you remember posting last Friday July 24.

Good News: as part of the fix, we also upgraded the server, so the site should now load faster than ever!

Note: The search index is still being rebuilt, so search results and your content page will be blank/incomplete until rebuild is finished.

If you should experience any unexpected issues, please reach out to us via the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site.

Thanks again for your patience and welcome back!

P.S., If anyone has an alert bubble that they can't clear, try this solution:

1) open your full alerts page: https://www.civicxi.com/forum/account/alerts?show_only=all

2) scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on "select all" and "Mark read" then click "Go". This should hopefully clear your alert bubble.

3) if that didn't work, repeat step #2 for all successive alert pages (if you have any) - i.e. pages 2, 3, etc..

Anyway to recover messages? I'm missing a bunch.
If they were on July 24th of last week then they are lost, sorry. But, everything before that should still remain. I have all messages in my inbox still retained.

Anyone else missing PMs from dates before July 24th?

I assume he forum software provider was the culprit? I noticed the supra MKV forum went out with same error message.
