Just like the super popular CivicX Thread, let's get a similar thread going here for all the aftermarket shift knobs that will make their way on your 11th Gens!

We'll start! 2022 Si, driven new right from the dealer back to our shop, and we put the new Acuity POCO Insulated Shift Knob on it!

Here's a few weight comparisons:
2022 Si Knob - 290 grams
2020+ CTR Knob - 222 grams
2017-19 CTR Knob - 185 grams
2017-2020 Si Knob - 126 grams
ACUITY POCO Classic - 170 grams
ACUITY POCO Insulated - 122 grams

I've always been a fan of lightweight knobs, and I have some that are under 60 grams as well. For me, lightweight knobs provide a more tactical feel as there's less weight to assist the movement of the gear lever. I'm really surprised how heavy the 2022 Si knob is, and for those that like heavier shift knobs you'll really like the stock one! In addition to being lighter, the ACUITY POCO is counter-sunk, meaning the threads go pretty deep into the knob, and it sits about an inch lower on the shift lever.

What started off as a great factory shifter rivaling the 2020-21 Type R Shifter, now with the addition of just a knob feels as good as the 2020-21 Type R Shifter with the Acuity Stage 2 Kit! This is huge praise from me, I have tested all the setups in my CTR and to get an OE Shifter feeling this good with just a knob change just shows Honda really did their homework on the 11th Gen!

Did you have to pull the console apart to install the poco?

also, since you said you tried different setups in your CTR, any chance you tried the 20/21 assembly with a poco knob? Planning on swapping out to the 20/21 CTR assembly, not sure if the poco will sit too low.

Much easier than the 10th! Yank down the factory boot collar which is the same as 10th Gens, unlock the boot retainer with a 14mm, and then use a pry tool to remove the surrounding plate carefully. Remove the plugs for the e-brake, mode selector, auto off, and brake hold. Under the boot it's the same setups as the 10th so just cut the ziptie for the factory collar, insert the collar provided with the Acuity POCO, and re-do the steps.

The 10th had the boomerangs, and the side pieces beside the cup holder that needed removal. The 11th needs nothing else to be removed :)

I don't recommend the POCO with a 2020-21 CTR Shifter, it sits too low and the fingers hit the shifter surround. It sits at a good height on the 11th Shifter, and all other 10th Gen Shifters

Thanks. Apologies for going off topic, but would you say oem si knob works better with CTR assembly? Or maybe even an acuity esco, or oem ctr? I plan on making the swap soon, I don’t want to take everything apart more than needed.

Just seeing this, and yeah if you can get your hands on one without the exorbitant price the new OEM Si knob is a vast improvement over the 10th SI knob!

I just ordered the Poco for my sport touring today. Looking forward to installing it.
POCO seems to be really popular among 11th Gen Owners :)

We just put on the ESCO as well:

Absolutely loving my ESCO, it’s more slender in the hand than it looks in pictures but it’s not too short and not too tall. The titanium weight is 310g and feels solid with the base bushings.

Semi aftermarket, S2000 factory option Titanium knob with Acuity collar and Dboy Shiftz suede boot.

I thought the OEM FL5 Teardrop was close to perfect, but the S2K knob is even better! Paired with a Hybrid Boot Collar, and Acuity Adjustable Shifter
