Very interesting that Honda isn’t talking or sharing any of information months after worldwide release of the car.
Maybe it was slower than the FK8 afterall.
What really is the point holding on to this lap time data if it was faster? Doesn’t make sense
That #60 ARX-06 was a god damn ROCKET this weekend. Congrats to HDP Acura
side note i’ll take that TYPE S Integra over a CTR anyday, looking forward to it
No difference to the current NSX GT race car Honda is supplying right now which is front engine. To be honest these sort of classes never had much in common to their road going counterparts.
Just like BTCC. And a TCR FK8 is nothing like a road going FK8. Race cars are race cars lol
10 years from now the latest sports cars might make the FL5 look like a slow dinosaur.
10 years from now….. with the advances in F1 and LeMans engineering trickling down to modern sports cars of the 2033 era… imagine the savagery sports cars will become. 2033 will be much more of a leap than...
I do agree with this.
they gave you the car without damage and you decided to get PPF and then it got messed up. I can’t see that being any fault of the dealers or even Honda.
I don’t get why people are so desperate for PPF…. I mean it’s a Honda civic, sure it’s a type R but unless you plan...
Who buys a Type R for its “numbers” only?
NSX-R, Civic R. Integra R
None was the fastest of its era however ALL where the purest driving experience. That is why people want a type R.
Some people don’t understand the Type R DNA,
That isn’t legal in Ontario
The law clearly states the front plate must be mounted to the front of the car.
You will get a ticket IF a cop cares enough to pull you over.
What are you talking man?
Merc just set their lap record a few days ago In the same conditions.

Isn’t it funny that the car is for sale at dealerships however Honda still is hiding the Nürburgring lap time and performance stats on the car?
Just seems odd and almost silly to me anyways. Like…. Just release to information lol
Keep in mind provincial taxes and other fees. Also keep in mind less than 600 are coming into Canada over the next 3 years…..and you won’t get your warranty transferred to the US. You will need to drive back into Canada for any warranty work.
