Sent wrong product

Bought a ktuner v2 and when it arrived today they sent a v1

My invoice states it's a v1 and I paid for the v2 but all that is in the box is the v1 port and a cable.
Who do I need to talk to too get this fixed

I think a lot of these smaller aftermarket companies may close for the weekend. You may not hear anything 'til Monday but PRL will take care of you. I've bought a couple things from them and they are very good to deal with.

Wouldn't a simple phone call to customer service also have resolved this? Seems harder to go through the effort of creating a thread.....typing.....waiting for response....etc.....
