@procivic question i installed the window visors the other day but the washers would not fit (pins are too short to use) so i installed them without the them but did still use the pushpins. so how do use use those washers? anyways they look great on the car and the pins have not budged yet...

Bought a ktuner v2 and when it arrived today they sent a v1 My invoice states it's a v1 and I paid for the v2 but all that is in the box is the v1 port and a cable. Who do I need to talk to too get this fixed
