Running the wire for the rear dash cam was a huge pain, but it's doable. My cable runs up the grommet on the drivers side, across the back hatch, down the channel for the rear wiper that's on the passenger side, and out of that little rectangle piece in the center that Lui Rivera used. I used a dremel to just ever-so-slightly round out an opening so the cable sheathing wouldn't be cut, and I used an endoscope to see how the bends and obstructions in that channel were, which really helped me. Install time took about two hours doing it myself, and at least half of that was spent figuring out that rear camera installation.

I'm honestly shocked that a professional installation place said there's no way to do it cleanly. There is.... it's just a massive pain in the butt.
Just finished this install and the rear is a PITA as everyone mentioned. I have the VIOFO hardwired and the cable is thick so couldn’t tuck it. My advice, just bite the bullet and dremmel as @50Cal_Actual said to do. It’ll save you the frustration and scratching up the panels.

This is what I have done. routed the cable along the top of the passenger side, under the trim, so no visible wires inside.

when I reached the center of the hatch, I formed a "Z" with a sharp kink/crease on the cable, and taped it with double sided clear tape, so that when the hatch is open the "Z" opens up, and when closed is folds up horizontally.

though now I regret that I did not watch the video and followed it, much cleaner, I might eventually re-do it.

this is what it looks like closed from the inside looking backwards

I did the same but didnt glue down the cable at the hatch like that and it wasnt a pain at all. Took like an hour to do the front and rear cams and the only visible cable is the 6-10" at the hatch hinge.
I dont plan on using parking mode so routed the front cam along the passenger side windshield and under the dash to a 12v splitter at the center console
Hardest part was at the base of the windshield where it meets the dash but even that was easy with the provided wedge tool the cam came with
