I just installed the PRL gloss carbon HVI purchased from TSP. I didn’t realize it was a TSP exclusive but matches the APR perfectly. Came within a week of purchase and highly recommend them.
You only need to trim the right panel of the APR cooling plates. A tiny piece needed to trim that cut...
I don’t have the exact pin out but it shows in their instructions. The thing I messed up on was the wire colors in their pictures on the instructions didn’t match exactly my colors. So make sure to match the wire colors on the white plug as stated in their instructions.
I just finished the Mikstore F kit with reverse tilt mirror install. Worst part of the install is getting that sticky black adhesive behind the door panels all over my hands. Instructions are not the best but eventually figured it out. Their instructions on the wiring for the tilting mirror...
Just finished this install and the rear is a PITA as everyone mentioned. I have the VIOFO hardwired and the cable is thick so couldn’t tuck it. My advice, just bite the bullet and dremmel as @50Cal_Actual said to do. It’ll save you the frustration and scratching up the panels.
Received mine from MI shipped to CA. Drove for 50 miles without knowing the spring blocks were in and immediately thought I needed to buy the ITS damper module ASAP.
Posted a delivery picture on FB and a member immediately pointed out the height in the front was high and indeed spring blocks...
Roughly 150mi with just normal commute driving. I also have a Veepak OBD2 reader and used the OBD Fusion app to confirm all emission sensors were completed before bringing it in for smog.
I just completed the dmv visit today and can confirm dmv still sucks. At least they now have an online system to let you know where you are at in line so I can leave and grab a beer while I waiting for my number.
Along with the registration app and cert of origin (my title is with the lien), I...
I finally received my CBP 2025 FL5 at MSRP with no dealer add ons from Battle Creek Honda in Michigan. Great dealer to work with and buying out of state forced them to do all transactions and signing electronically or overnight mail which was a refreshing compared to doing it all in person. I...
I did receive it this morning and I would recommend Montway. Pricing and scheduling was transparent. But of coarse YMMV since Montway is a broker and overall experience may be dependent on the transport assigned to your car.
I went with Montway with an enclosed truck for ~$1700. It takes them a few days to assign it to an actual trucking company. The first assigned trucking company cancelled (not Montways fault) on me the day they were supposed to pick up so Montway reassigned to someone else that took another 2...
I’m in the process right now and the cars on the transport arriving this week from Michigan to the Bay Area.
Buying process was pretty seamless. Dealer mailed all the paperwork along with a return envelope. I sent it back along with a cashiers check.
You have to fill out DMVs REG 343 but...
I was offered a Boost Blue in SD at MSRP and I know someone got a BB in Santa Rosa at MSRP. I only wanted CBP and found it at MSRP in Michigan and shipping it enclosed to NorCal for 1.7k.
WTB: Crystal Black Pearl Type R at MSRP and one that can sell out of state. I found a few at MSRP in the Midwest but they won’t sell to CA. CA dealers still at 5-10k ADM. Anyone got any leads?
