Well it hasn’t come back since February an 4k miles. I’ve since done the Phearable stage 2 tune, and haven’t had an issue? Thinking it may have been a random issue that’s ok now.

Sweet, that's the best answer at this point. If no issues then all is good. Funny enough, I will call tech line at work for an odd issue, and even Honda has no idea how to fix issue, they build the damn things and don't know. Ghost in the machine!
