Hondata jail break in person

I think i'm finally ready to have the car tuned. I've had my type r for a little over a year now. I have the eventuri intake and turbo inlet pipe, along with the remark exhaust and front pipe. The car has been a lot of fun, but i'm ready for some more power. I've heard this car really wakes up after getting a tune. Looking to go the hondata route. I know there are a few places you can ship off your ECU to get jail broken. Before I do that, does anyone know of any shops close to Nashville area that can jail break the ECU? I'd rather go that route, but if not i'm willing to send it off. Just thought I'd check before hand.

I don't believe anyone in TN has the ability to unlock the FL5 ECU in-person. The closest may be @JST Performance in GA.

Check here. @Serge81 has advertised remote unlocking.

Yeah that's what I originally thought, thanks for the info. That shop is a little over 7 hours away. Might just have to ship it out.

I usually take my EK9 to cars and coffee in Franklin when it’s nice out. The fl5 is just a stock new car, nobody wants to see that lol

I honestly haven't seen a lot of FL5's around. The 2 I have seen were in Clarksville. It would be nice to get some people together!
