Late to the party, but wanted to ask, this is the OEM Honda roof racks you installed? Any reason why you chose these over Thule or Yakima racks? I've been thinking about this too to carry my longboards.

Thanks! Guess I was thinking more of the aero/wing bar design. Great to know, I'll be picking up a pair soon too.

I found a pdf copy of the instructions for the Honda rack and attached them. Can anyone comment on how these compare to the Yakima and Thule racks quality wise, pros/cons?

I ended up getting the Yakima rack to carry my mountain bike. I had the older Yakima Q tower racks on my last two cars and they were fine. The newer baseline rack seems nicer. Yakima stuff is pricey. I found some Yakima jetstream bars used locally and ordered the towers and fit clips when they were on sale. I am going to use ISC clear helicopter tape under the tower pads to protect the clear coat.
