I put the spare on the rear and took it for a short drive and didn't see a problem. On the Odyssey you use the same lug nuts as with the stock alloys. My wife got a couple of flats when we had an Odyssey LOL. If I am missing something, let me know.

If it were my motor, I think I would start by pulling the plugs and scoping the tops of the pistons, bottom of the valves and cylinder walls. I would look for evidence of contact between valves and pistons. Then I may pull the valve cover and inspect the valve train and clearance. You could...
