Front plate removal aftermath

Finally found one near me in the right color and at a reasonable price. Only problem: dealer drilled and installed the front plate.

Been searching through previous posts for an example of what the damage looks like after you remove the front plate but only seen some conflicting info on whether the holes are in the painted bumper, or below it in the black plastic grill portion.

Anyone have pics or further guidance?

Self update. The dealer sent over some photos. It's really minimal and in the black plastic, not the painted bumper.

I bought a Sly Bracket. Works well and looks good. I’m sure options that attach to the front tow hook mount will be available in the coming months.

Actually there are pre marked drill spots on that black bracket behind the grill.
