For those who added a front lip to their CTR…how’s the experience been? Is it pretty badly beat up? Manageable? Don’t recommend? Just curious!

I scrape my APR Performance lip all the time and it has help up fine aside from the scratches on the bottom.

It's just like with any other car, gotta be a little bit more aware of your surroundings. The only complaints I've heard are of the AFD front lips not really holding up. EVerything else seems to take a beating just fine.

I recommend adding SlipLo guard protection to and front lip you buy. It's cheap insurance

I’m not planning on lowering my car so I think it should be okay.

Prob not going to run a lip on this car but ran one on my previews car. I think people are crazy running one in cities, I would have destroyed many if I did. I live in the country though, roads are nice-ish and never had any issue.

I also do recommend sliplo however in some cases teh sliplo can cause more problems because its rubber, makes the car even lower and can stick to stuff and drag the lip, regardeless I think more situations that it can save the lip.

I ordered the AIMGAIN lip from LMTLS in April and still waiting for it to arrive. Lead times quoted was 13 to 16 weeks. I have the AFD V2 on currently and chipped it after 2 weeks. Stock height. The AIMGAIN doesn't seem to stick out as far and hoping this helps from scraping too bad.
