hi yall, I have a civic si coupe, 10th gen, but he sells stuff for the 11th gen apparently as well so I wanted to share my experience.
So I originally ordered my tails for my si coupe on Sept 1st, which I understand was a holiday, but I had not gotten any update for a week and a half. Their website says 2-3 days for processing. I reached out via their form on their website, emailed them, dmed them on instagram, facebook, left comments, everything in the book and no responses. After a week and a half passing since ordering, I figured I was never going to see them and I should probably dispute it with my credit card company as it was well past the 2-3 days their site says, and there's no signs of communication. Lo and behold, I get an email a couple hours after I file for a dispute that TypeRLEDs has at least printed out a label for my order, no communications about the delay or anything. I cancel my dispute in hopes that they actually shipped the product. I waited another 4 days since then, and they finally arrived, and they shipped me the WRONG bulbs for my car.

here's my order that I placed with them.
here's the bulb I pulled from my car I needed to replace. It's a BA15S connector there on the bottom where the prongs are 180 degrees
here's what they sent me, obviously not going to fit in the place of the old bulb as the prongs are offset at a different degree.
After realizing he had sent me the wrong bulbs, I tried reaching out again last ditch effort , and FINALLY got a response. I got a refund, but no response as to why it took 3 weeks, or why I never was contacted after trying to reach out to them for weeks, so it's 3 weeks later and I still have a tail light I have to replace. It seems like this is their MO at TypeRLEDs as there were other commenters that had either received bad product and never got a replacement, or just people that never got a response for 2-3 months. After trying to hash it out in comments because again, they would refuse to look at dms, or any actual channels of doing business apparently, they blocked me because I asked another customer in the comments if they ever got their replacement they were promised. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere if you're looking to replace your Civic's bulbs with led's. I ordered some from Lasfit and hopefully never have to go through this awful kinds of customer service again.
