Hey guys sorry for jumping in the thread, but do any of you guys know if Voltex has already started developing a GT Wing for the FL5?
Not that I have seen anyone post / talk about but that does not mean they are not working on R&D for it. I would reach out to them directly if you are looking to go with Voltex. I only know EPR is working on some molds because I emailed them to see if they were developing items similar to the FK8 offerings.

Appreciate the response, I’ll reach out to them through mail and see how it goes. Thanks again! ??

Freshfl5 on ig is running the Varis style
No complaints with mine, quality is great. EPR has been around for a while. And companies like seibon also make ‘Mugen style’ parts, etc. You just don’t get the JDM authenticity, which depends person to person.

Yeah, with Mugen etc. you’re paying for authenticity, design, engineering and obviously well-made parts with stringent quality standards. I’m not a fan of knock-offs of any sort, though it is possible for them to be materially as good as the big name stuff ; Fit and finish is likely to have more variance. It’s like comparing Mountain Dew with Wal-Mart’s Mountain Lightning. LOL! The places that make the knock-offs are sometimes truly great at manufacturing (perhaps EPR is a perfect example?), but they simply don’t have all the design/engineering chops…and so they rely on copying others’ hard work. I have moral/personal issues with that, but to each their own. I don’t think knock-offs affect Mugen’s bottom line at the end of the day.
