That’s reasonable, guess I was wrong guessing they would raise it by 6k

if you think about it, it makes sense not to undercut the Acura ITS... since that's a little over 6k on top of the Type R so if you're willing to pay that much more and don't wanna wait ITS is more available

a couple of people from here (at least) got ITS instead and seem very happy with it..

That’s like $41000 USD and 56400 CAD.

there is more to it than just conversion, duties, certification etc...if you don't mind going through the process or going through an importer for their fee

While that's annoying, it's not the worst. I don't know if I want to be taking delivery in the in middle of winter with all the snow and salt we're bound to get here in Ontario. Just means I'll keep money saved and invested till the spring.

dang if thats the case I would probably go either ITS or Golf R route..
this car truly is a unicorn in Canada.
