    Theoretically, no, they can't ask for more than msrp. But there is so much room to get around this rule. They can request a trade in, finance or lease only, drive the car around and say its used car now.

    No offense, you probably have the same name as one of the Chinese guy i know. He located in Vancouver and he has a 2023 Grey fl5, sold it to acura, get another 2024 white fl5, sold it to Vancouver Honda. His Facebook name is the exact same as you. If it isn't you, then I'm very sorry!
