Part of me says no deal, other side says that’s the only way you’re getting get one now if you’re lucky. If it fits your budget, go for it.Thoughts on this Bill of Sale?

I had to get mine with some accessories, but I went in knowing that.
From a financial perspective, if you can afford it, do it. The car is going to keep its value.
From a irrational feelings perspective, it's loads of fun and my evening drives are now super enjoyable.
If you anticipate the fun is worth the extra dollars and you won't break bank for it, go for it.

Since you are expected to add additional products anyways can you swap some of the add ons with something that you prefer? For example, a single OEM rim is approx $1300+ and tire $300+.....maybe swap for to a 5yr tire and rim protection? Hopefully they don't say those items are pre-installed?

I guess this is how a dealer adds a mark-up over MSRP without technically adding one. But at least this way you get some (mostly) tangible add ons and mods that you might have accumulated on your own.
I agree with the other recent posts - if it fits in your budget, pull the trigger. This car is more fun than it has any right to be given it is a FWD Honda. Just a blast to drive and should last a very long time with routine maintenance.

The last two I posted, their VINs end with 176 and 180. Coming up to the end of the run here in Canada? 546 units / 3 years means it's 182 units per year....

That's interesting. Wonder if that means we're getting more or just the numbers are off because of allocations per year.

Could be. Thinking about it, it could also be that we didn’t get a whole lot the first year and deliveries were ramped up in the following years. That said, if it’s more allocations that’s better.
