Off topic, anyone here considering 24 WRX TR if they can’t get the CTR?

The exterior is slightly growing on me, but still can’t stand the interior of that car… or are these totally diff type of cars?

I’d rather have a 2024 Elantra N than a WRX.

I agree. Hyundai continues to get a bad rap, but they've turned a corner years ago IMHO. The Elantra N is a solid performance car relative to price point. I've heard countless people speak highly of the Veloster N as well.

I previously inquired about this dealer and they told me the car was allocated to someone back then so I figured I’d follow up again as it showed up on the site as “in stock”. Turns out the financing fell through and the car was available!

Yeah! And that’s why to those people who’s still in search for one, there is still a chance even if you’re not on a list or allocation yet. This group for sure proved it!

Congrats! Guessing it’s MSRP with no add-ons? How much is the cost for transporting it to Lower Mainland?

It’s not a perfect deal. It has MSRP + an add-on of PPF whole front + ceramic coat for the whole FL5 which can’t be refrained as it has been done before I contacted them and I’m planning to do it too anyways + key fob warranty. Since the car is gonna be a DD, I added a good deal with their winter tires + installation. I’m pretty sure there’s more better deals coming out there, but yeah it’s better than my old allocation which was 70K + BC Tax and Shipping.

Shipment was also handled by the dealership with full warranty. Cost me 1,000 CAD. And since the deal needed some signature from me, the Salesperson drove 14hrs (back and forth)! Lol, so yeah I’m pretty happy with the deal.

Congrats man, is ur sales named Connor? I was talking to him for the whole week asking if your deal went through, he said he will let me know if something comes available. In the end, he was able to put me down on the list for his next allotment with a deposit and car will be here in 2-3 years he said.

Congrats again and enjoy the car.

If someone is interested, Penticton Honda in BC is still taking deposit (asked last Thursday. They are the one who wants 5k). Will be 3rd in line with no guarantee timeline and msrp + applicable dealer fees. Don’t want to hold up that much $ so I go with another dealer.
