This is how I tackled mine for the rears:

Can you help me figure out how to get the wire fished through the top of the headliner so that it comes out of hole for the rubber grommet? Is there something that helps guide it up and back through that hole?

I used a coat hanger that I cut up into a rod to fish the wires trough
