I plan on daily driving the vehicle and using it in the winter time here the lowest it gets is about 25° don’t see myself tracking the car for some time so I think the set up will work well
I don't think you can go wrong with this size. More sidewall for peace of mind. It fills the wheel well better but doesn't look 'chunky'. Bit of a sweet spot if you ask me.

I am running 265/35/19 with H&R springs and H&R 20MM front and 25MM rear spacers with no issues. 275's are only .4 inches wider so I don't foresee a problem. There are a number of users here running 275 width tires.

I am about to lower on H&R and I have 275/35/19 and some people are saying it will rub. Based on your setup I dont see how it would. I may even try to run 15mm F&R spacers. If your not having issues with 265’s, I hope I will be fine.

I just got a set of 275/35/r19 Continental Extreme Contact Sport 2 mounted last week. I think the extra width helps for the Contis that seem to have a lower "shoulder" than the Michelins. Absolutely no regrets and no rubbing (stock suspension). I was a devout Michelin fan for two decades but this will now be my third set of Contis (Extreme Contact DWS 6+ mounted to a second set of rims for the Type R and for full time use on my Accord) and I have to say I am a convert.
I'm looking into this exact set-up. Any thoughts on the road noise levels compared to the OE Michelins? (I'm hoping the Contis are quieter)

Good question! It has been a month since I swapped to my winter set up so I would not be confident providing anything definitive. I can say with some confidence that I have no memory of believing noise levels had increased. All that said, I probably have a higher "tolerance" for tire noise than the average driver. Sorry I can't be more helpful here.
