How much is the difference on drop from OEM on those H&R springs? And is not drop more on the back like on the spoon springs? Can you post link on the spoiler and wonder if it was straight forward install and if it comes on gloss black? Thanks for sharing!
Found a video by LHT Performance on YouTube where he installed H&R Springs on his FL5.
Top numbers were with stock springs, bottom was with H&R Springs immediately after install so they hadn't settled yet. Still, looks like an even 1/2" drop which slightly different than advertised (H&R specs say the front is a bigger drop than rear, but in this example that wasn't the case, perhaps the front will settle lower than the rear?).
If anyone has the Eibach Pro-Kit measurements on an otherwise stock setup I would love to know.

Thanks I was looking at the H&R because I want to lower mine but don’t want to lower it a lot due to the fact that my driveway is a little steep and now the little lip that comes off de bumper scratches a little sometimes. I wasn’t expecting to weigh the spoiler is irrelevant to lose probably 2 oz over stockH&R's
- Approx. Front Lowering: .75 inch / Approx. Rear Lowering: .60 inch
No bump stop cutting required
There is no reverse rake like the earlier batch from SPOON.
I do believe the more recent runs from SPOON do not experience the " body in the trunk" look but you might want to confirm with those that have them.
Spoiler:
Straight forward install with a T30 screwdriver . 3 bolts on each side.
Its a little lighter than stock (no I am not weighing it)
It sits lower than stock and you can see it when you look out the rear view but it doesn't fully block your view (e.g. like my older 2006 STI spoiler did).
You can def get it in black from the website.

The spoiler is a different design. The stock spoiler has an upward curve which is the main reason you cant see it when looking out the rear window. This newer color matched design is pitched forward and angled lower . You will def see it in the top of the rear window but it doesn't block the entire window like the STI or EVO does. It might show on my rear view mirror a little bit? On my Evo X that was one of the issues that I hate
