While HKS makes the IC and charge pipes, the latter is not included by default. It’s additional charge. I think PWR charged whatever they think the market will accept based on their reputation. It is why my HKS IC is on order. But I was just curious why others would do the same.

How come you went with the HKS IC instead of the PWR?
The PWR IC is actually a bar and plate, and like @Tougefl5 mentioned they don't have a charge pipe option which made the HKS a better value proposition for me. According to the temps recorded on Hondata, the HKS is working well.

Splitter project slowly coming along.
The OEM brake ducts have been deleted to accommodate the aero tunnels directing air behind the wheels in the wheel well.

That's pretty slick and hope to see good results. Also what wheels are those.
Yep, will datalog the next track session and see how it goes.

I’d like to hear more about your intake setup! Looks similar to what Gambit made, but I see a few differences. How much of an improvement in IAT have you seen so far? Can you monitor your fuel trims to see how much compensation is happening?
Nice work!

Sorry, somehow missed this comment!
I am yet to test it on track, just been so busy...
But I did do some logs and found the fuel trims and AFR's were drifting quite a lot, especially when cruising. I thought it was due to the RAMAIR MAF housing being a slightly different diameter to OE, but I tried a PRL MAF housing off their intake system and found it was also exhibiting the same issue. Ended up having to run a bell mouth before the MAF housing to smoothen the flow of air, which must have been getting quite turbulent at the sensor without a velocity stack.

Interesting. Thanks for the update!
