In this latest edition, I suffer through the installation of the Radium Engineering coolant tank! Just kidding, it wasn't that bad. Video below!

My account got hacked yesterday. I'm in shit city at the moment!Awesome my friend. Its also on my to do list, hopefully in the near future. Ran out of funds on the toys section of my bank account.?
Oh Damn sorry to hear that. I’m waiting on onboarding at a new company so looking forward to that. Lots more disposable income too so that means more car parts?.My account got hacked yesterday. I'm in shit city at the moment!
Sucker gets hot though!Great video, thanks for putting it together. Install seems pretty straight forward and it looks way better too.
I'm not sure. It wouldn't shock me if that center gaskets gives me problems down the road.I have seen some cases of leaking and corrosion on the tank. Has this been addressed?
Two primary reasons in this case. The sight glass to inspect the coolant level in the reservoir with the Mishimoto product is small, and will not really give you an indication of "how low" the coolant is. You'd simply top off the coolant until it reached the sight glass and assume that everything is alright. Also, in order to use the sight glass in the mishimoto, you'd have to remove the radiator cap and shine a light down into it in order to even see the level inside the sight hole. The radium sight tube allows me easier visibility of the level, if consumption becomes a problem it's easier for me to tell how severe, and allow me to track the issue sooner. I can also see the color of the coolant in the Radium tank. Secondly, the Radium design simply looks better. The mishimoto is kind of ugly in my opinion, and honestly no better than the factory coolant tank.@PointByPatrol thanks for all your videos and testing for this platform. Any reason why you decided to go with radium as opposed to mishimoto? I lean more toward the mishimoto because of the one-piece design, but perhaps there’s a benefit to radium’s design?
The center gasket does give you problems and it still does; Its mainly due to the material it is made out of; it soaks up the coolant and slowly seeps out. I am noticing buildup of dried coolant around the gasket area now given after about 1000 or so miles on it. I wish it wasn't a paper gasket and because it is its like a sponge.I'm not sure. Kind of exactly what I pictured in my head. Not sure why this hasn't been addressed by Radium. There must be a better solution. Kind of surprised they don't just tig the seam. The center gasket does give you problems and it still does; Its mainly due to the material it is made out of; it soaks up the coolant and slowly seeps out. The solution to this would be to Hondabond the gasket prior to installing (A thin layer would do) Or possibly to use gasket tack. It sucks but the problem is there; its not major but its enough to be annoying. I am dealing with it now; of course I've been too lazy to take it a part to fix it.
See picture below; I wiped it down on the front but as you can see from the side here it was like this all around (Figure I'd snap a photo before I wiped it all clean)
It came back just a few days later so problem is persistent. I haven't bug radium about it yet, Was going to ask them to send me a new gasket so I can hondabond it and put it back together properly to avoid this issue.

So does the Honda bond work? I’m looking to purchase this since I just ordered the PWR street version radiator.
