With Verus just releasing their new all in one catch can system, there is competition for Radiums dual can setup. I am curious about the pros and cons of the two units. Perhaps, from people that have had used the dual can setup from Radium since it has been out for awhile. I understand that the Verus is brand new. But opinions are still welcome.

I personally feel that the Verus is less complex and appears to be more streamline in form and function. I also contacted them today and they advised that the coolant add on for cold climates will work on the FL5/FK8 for cold climates all year around use. Big plus for me. Does Radium have that feature?

I will provide links for you guys to check them out directly.

I was talking with them about this and really think they could really help, I have one on my FL5 right now on the 22k miles every time I check its come out empty. Or the FL5 is more efficient in that area that I doubt it because from what I read it was basically a turbo upgrade for the new K20. I will buy one with the coolant addition because I want to preserve the car as much I can I have their brake master cylinder stopper and work good I fell the pedal a little bit more firm and with the wunderland copper guide for de rear brake I feel the car a tiny bit better, the only thing with the stopper is that on the instruction video de use the drill step bit and in my case it cause a bigger hole than if I used the regular drill bit as the PDF tells you. But definitely will be my next investment with the acuity reverse flow and a radiator and intercooler from PWR because you don’t need to cut and relocate the temperature sensor. Otherwise will remain "stock" it’s my daily and Texas weather is no joke.

I read what you wrote a few times. I think what you are saying is that it really does not make a difference, but you are just doing it anyway because you want to do everything in your power to safeguard the engine? Is that correct?

Referring to the second part of the message, I understand you want to keep the engine as cool as possible because "Texas".

Sorry I was all over the place but basically but the coolant add on will be beneficial on probably not having to many cans to do the job. I will be doing this for longevity not for performance purposes because is my daily driver, don’t want to deal with headaches like on my old Evo with all the bolt ons I have fun when it was running but own it for 8 to 9 years and probably used it for 4 years the rest was on my garage broke for some odd reason clutch went out, transfer case, etc… while paying for it too. Bought the type R to replace it and really the performance is good but just want to make it save for long term.

I'm using a Mishimoto PCV can and it definitely captures oil.
- Several tablespoons of the OEM fill over 4k miles.
- About 1/4 cup of Pennzoil Platinum (natural gas version) 5W-30 over 5k miles. Catch can was 75% full.

I'm in a hot desert climate, so no water heat required.
