New Locking Security Screws @ TSP!

Earlier this week, we launched our Locking Security Screws for the 2023+ Civic Type R.

When we first got our hands on our FL5, one of the (many!) things that really stood out to us was the wing and how easily it can be stolen. We wanted to provide a solution to that as more FL5s hit the streets.

This kit was designed to replace the 6 screws on any FL5 factory mount spoiler but can also be used as license plate screws if desired. The lock key can only be ordered through us, offering the maximum level of security.

FL5 wing screws are M6x1.0 thread. There's a lot of places to source these kind of screws, the center pin torx style isn't some specific keyed pattern though, just a torx head with a center machined out unless I'm mistaken and these are actual numbered and unique keyways.

Good to see the kit isn't using generic hardware. Thanks for the clarification. Any plans to release a set with matching black hardware?

Hey I’m looking for a set of these spoiler locking screws but every old link I find leading to them on TSP is no longer valid and it looks like the part got discontinued on their site rather than out of stock. If you don’t mind sharing, where did you end up finding a set of them?

I can confirm that this product was discontinued and that all inventory has been exhausted. I'm not aware of any dealers that would have any on hand but you may get lucky. Or perhaps someone here that bought a set but no longer needs them for some reason. Good luck on your hunt!

Ahh okay damn thank you! Any reason in particular these were discontinued? I saw some previous threads about this set in black beginning production only a couple years ago.

I’ll probably go with some M6 license plate lock screws, I just liked these more because the key wasn’t generic like the rest! Thanks for the insight though!

Limited demand + supplier complications led to it being a product dropped from the catalog unfortunately.
