  1. Indiana 2024 CW Type R For Sale (SPOON BUILD) - 1,500 MILES - INDIANA

Ditto. Many buyers would prefer non-modified for the warranty peace of mind. What about Bring a Trailer?
  2. Worm Gear Recall Fix Reviews

Had mine done, two hours later and the steering is noticeably lighter at slow speeds. And lighter at all speeds, really.
  3. Radar Detector Mirror Mount?

That's the Accord homelink mirror, thanks to College Hills. And everyone here who did this swap previously. The radar detector is hard wired to the fuse box, and the mirror is rock solid. I have a great installer.
  4. Radar Detector Mirror Mount?

As requested, but not very exciting. Anyone with more computer skills should feel free to resize or reposition these photos.
  5. Radar Detector Mirror Mount?

Correction, I checked my invoice and he did use the BR7-3017. I think the BMG was from the initial quote, which was for an Escort. I went with the Uniden R8. Sorry about that.
  6. Radar Detector Mirror Mount?

My installer used a BMG-3017. He didn't think the BR7-3017 would work with the FL5. https://blendmount.com/search.php?search_query=%22BMG-3017%22&section=product
  7. Purchasing Type R out-of-state

New cars are not transported across the country in open trailers. They're moved by rail and then shorter distances by truck. If you select an open trailer, see if they'll commit to putting your car on top. But I'd still recommend enclosed for a new car going as far as yours will be...
  8. Purchasing Type R out-of-state

Based solely on the fees being charged, I'd say you're paying Midwest state fees for the temporary plate and just the CA sales tax. So once the car arrives, you'd need to take your paperwork to the CA DMV and pay registration and licensing fees. And get the smog check. For transporting the...
  9. FL5 OEM 19" Wheel Paint Code

If anyone has found a close match for the forged wheels, I would love to have it.
  10. Virginia MBRP

They have a pretty weak warranty, so you may be stuck. I certainly hope not. "If any component(s) of your system does not meet OUR warranty standards, you're covered. The failed component will be repaired or replaced."
  11. Swift vs Eibach Pro-Kit

I was hoping that would be true, but I tried your bolts (because I'm waiting for a friend to help me install them on the Wing) and they're a little larger with a slightly different thread size than my license plate screws.
  12. NO DRILL FRONT LICENSE PLATE MOUNT

Thanks. I just got some M6 bolts and they're a little too wide. I figure it may be because Japan is metric. Then I thought I'd try M5. I was hoping to narrow it down before going to Amazon or Napa.
  13. NO DRILL FRONT LICENSE PLATE MOUNT

Do you know what size screws or bolts will fit the OEM holes for the rear plate? And are they same size for your front plate holder?
  14. New Owner Observation / Stories

Did any new US owners receive an "anti-theft ID card" with their car? Honda claims "the card is usually placed in the glove box at the time of delivery". It has the code and serial numbers for the radio and navigation systems, which would be nice to have. I figured I'd check before asking...
  15. Tennessee SOLD $49k - 2023 Type R Sonic Gray Pearl w/OEM+ mods and more

Man, you're killing me! I love your car, but just got an SGP. PPF just completed. Also bought the wheels. Grrrrr!!! Dibs on the exhaust.
  16. Extremely concerning data sharing by Honda and other makers about our driving with insurance/LexisNexis

According to the Honda website, you have to "deactivate" the "Driver Feedback" on the "My Vehicles" page. Hopefully turning off data sharing in your phone works too.
  17. New Locking Security Screws @ TSP!

Savannah, do you know whether the license plate screws are also M6x1.0?
  18. Well, I bit the bullet, and got the Wheels

If anyone thinks $600 is high, my dealer wanted $3,634 (installed) for the set. College Hills Honda and Costco, here I come.
