Thanks for all the info!! I got my TE37SL in Champ White last week. My tires are here and will be installed tomorrow!! Been pretty nervous about the lack of available info because I went with 285/35/18 to go on the 18x9.5 I got from you. I was happy to see that my desire to go extremely aggressive should work. Def don’t want to have to alter the body at all.
Pics or it didn't happen

If you missed it, 265/30/19's front on the new #FL5 Type R! We are optimistic and are going to aim for 315's on the aftermarket realm.
315's??? I am stressing about the 285's i ordered!! We will see in about 12 hours i guess!! Did i go conservative?

Wanted to post my set-up for reference if anyone feels spicy enough to run 10s as well.
Very similar to the FK8s where I think the sweet spots are 18x9.5 +45-+38 and 18x10 +40. I don't think I would go lower than +40 on an 18x10.

18x10 +40 TE37SL's
Falken RT615k+ 265/35/18
H&R FK8 Lowering Springs
Removed top hat guide pins for little extra camber.

Those are sweet. Funny how silver fell out of vogue when black rims became the new hotness several years ago. Somewhat because of that, I’ve been thinking about silver or gloss gray/graphite 18’s too, to mix things up. Silver never goes out of style. Just say no to chrome tho…?

I still love a nice silver. It must stands out more than I care to. Funny coming from someone who has a BB.FL5

I never cared for black but I do like silver or gray. I think black wheels were done when minivans started rolling with them.

As promised tickle!!
No rub, full lock no issue. Steering is missing that sharpness, but pictures don’t do justice. She looks track ready!!
