So I've been looking around where to buy carbon fiber parts for interior and exterior. Really confused on where to buy USDM carbon fiber vs JDM/ EDM red carbon weave, etc etc. I don't mind the red weave I just want them all to be the same. Were can I buy original Honda interior trim? as in interior door trim and shifter trim. Also the carbon spoiler. I also saw antenna and side mirror caps somewhere. Where can I purchase this things!!!???

Thanks!!

The only USDM carbon part you can get is the wing. You can source this from any Honda dealership/ parts supplier. The matching door inserts and shifter trim have to be imported. Be sure to get left hand drive for the shifter trim. I’m getting mine imported from Dream Automotive in the UK next week. Door trims are on back order (thru Dream). There’s a couple of other good sources. Their names escape me, but when I was doing price comparisons they’re all about the same.

Would the carbon wing from a US dealer also be red weave?

All of the OEM carbon fiber pieces (USDM, JDM, EDM, and other markets) have the red weave. It's subtle and can only be seen in the right conditions. The aftermarket pieces have a more pronounced red weave and the carbon fiber is different than OEM. Anyhow, you can source the OEM carbon fiber pieces from the following:

BlackHawk Japan
Tegiwa Imports
Dream Automotive
JDM Yamato

The carbon fiber wing is the only item that can also be sourced from any U.S. dealership. For the best pricing I suggest All Discount Parts, which is the ecommerce store for Fisher Honda in Boulder, CO. You can also try the dealership in this post. I recall they were collecting sales tax so it didn't make sense for me.

FYI - The carbon fiber antenna and side mirrors are not OEM.

Thanks! I understand the antenna, mirror caps an everything else that may appear on the way are not OEM. Just wanted to know if there was a consensus on a quality vendor on these aftermarket parts.

@Clark_Kent Yes, that source through Facebook (Ike Honda) collects sales tax, at least for IL sales, which makes sense. My delivered price on the CF wing ended up being about the same as going thru College Hills Honda (for example).

I was told IL sales tax would be collected irrespective of delivery location. ~6.25% sales tax on a $1,700 adds another $100 + shipping put it close to $2,000. ADP worked out well for me. I believe it was around $1,800 shipped. YMMV.

I’m just noting the part numbers for now. My thought process is that more and more of these parts will be made available for the US market later on. I’m in no rush to mod the car and it gives time to see what other reputable aftermarket branded come out with.

Dream automotive carries them now. I ordered a center console direct from Japan a while back, weave is straight, finish is perfect and coverage is good. Price is outstanding ordered direct, just took a few months to get.
