I have a BBP FL5.
The parts manager where I bought mine has a heavily modified CW.
That's it. I've never seen another one.
Now, Type Rs of any kind are very uncommon around NH. Since the FK8 returned in 2017, I've seen about 10.
Aren't people driving these?
Winter's over. Maybe now some will be on the road.
Has anyone seen any in NH, ME, VT?

Midwest here. I've seen 1 FL5 on the street in 18 months of ownership outside of the Hondata unlock event I went to. Maybe I just need to get out more ?

funny that you mention that. I live in Ventura County, CA. I have seen maybe one or two FL5 on the freeway in the past two/three years. I was also wondering how come not more...

then just two weeks ago I was driving on base (Pt Mugu Naval Air Station) stopped at a 4 way intersection, and what do I see on the left?

the same SGP FL5 as mine.

I crossed first. should have waited and turned right to follow and say "Hi"

btw, there are some nice cars on base. a new vette, AMG, Bimmers, Porsches (and motorcycles) apparently fighter pilots like fast cars

I daily mine. Around here I’ve seen a couple FK8’s and one other FL5 on the roads. Last year I was at an autox that had 3 FL5’s other than mine.

I live in central MA, I saw one in my area last summer. I actually saw a CW in Ringe NH last week (I'm up that way sometimes to dog sit for my boss).
Where in NH are you?

Live eastern Ohio/border Pa, I’ve probably seen at max 5 FK8’s over the last 6 yrs. And I saw 1 BB FL5 4 days after I bought my BB. And 3 BB hatches with 24 hrs of seeing the FL5. Ain’t seen any of those since!

Just last week, to and from work in West Palm Beach, I saw at least 6-7 each of FL5s and FK8s in the wild.

In my county just 30 minutes north of West Palm Beach we have 10 FL5s that I know of: 2 boost blue, 4 CW, 1 black and 3 SGP.

There are also 2 FK8s in my neighborhood. Plus there are 3 females that I have seen driving FK8s locally, 2 white and 1 blue.

Welcome to South Florida. They’re EVERYWHERE.

I’m in So Cal about a mile from the coast and there is a CW in my neighborhood other then that I’ve only seen about one or two in the last year since getting mine . Those that know what a Type R is in my area act like they just saw a Unicorn when they’ve seen mine ?
Although I’ve seen many Vettes, lambo’s , McLarens , Ferrari,Hot rods and everything else .
I can see a C8 in my future just to blend in :)
But my FL5 isn’t going anywhere!

I'm in Atlanta, and since launch in November 2022, I've seen about 10 in all colors on the road. I'm not counting dealership and last year's Hondata Jailbreak event. I'm certain I'm double counting (same car just different time and place) so that number is likely a little lower.

Similarly, I've seen few GRCs (5) and DE5s (5). Saw a DE5 last week at my kid's school during drop off.

I daily my CW in Miami. I have seen several driving around here. When I did my scuba certification in Key Largo a CW pulled up right next to me at a light. LOL. Around town locally I consistently see another CW and a BBP driving around.

You will see less of mine though as I recently bought a used Harley Sportster that I am riding around instead. ?

BB FL5 owner in WA. Feels awesome to see one in my garage everyday. Rarely see them on the streets. Zero when I’m driving mine but a few when I’m not driving mine. Lots of FK8. Summer is around the corner. Should start seeing more FL5
