More powa baby!

The 27WON Kuro was always in the plans for this build, we were just waiting for MBRP to finish up the final production version of their upcoming FL5 Valved exhaust, shoot their media content with the stock downpipe of course, and then we can tear it down for the round of upgrades!

- 27WON Kuro Drop-in Turbo upgrade
- 27WON 3" Catted Downpipe
- PRL Intercooler (painted upside down by error, doesn't bother us)
- MBRP 3" FP and Exhaust

Other notable upgrades: Eibach 25mm Rear Sway Bar Kit, and Spoon FL5-specific springs

DP test-fit with stock turbo, all good! True 3" DP, most others will taper down to a 2.8"

We've had good experiences with Derek Robinson from IMW before, so it was great to have him onboard for this project as well! Derek had a Kuro basemap ready for us on Hondata with 93, and a few days later we were able to book some dyno rental time to get the final tuning done.

429whp/387wtq is what she put down on the Dynojet! Super happy with these results!

This past weekend we were running the car at a Half Mile event, and wanted to see how it performed versus stock when we took it to the same event in early August. I consistently trapped 135mph (12+ mph faster than stock); it may not sound like much but considering that's in the same measured distance when you're almost traveling at 200 feet per second it's quite a bit

Dragy shows 13.94s at 110.83mph. Super slow time as I wasn't really launching the car, but mph looks decent.

First track outing! Car handles great, at the edge of the tires limit they will start to push out so I had to keep all my inputs smooth and steady. You can't hustle these 340TW Conti's like you would some 200TW semi-slicks, which shouldn't come as a surprise

+R is undriveable even on this rather smooth circuit (CTMP GP / Mosport GP). You can see how I'm bouncing around until I put it down into individual (everything +R, Comfort suspension), and it settled the car right down for the back straight. Even on stock springs the car exhibits this behavior. Don't plan on going with Coils anytime soon, may try out the Type S ADS unit to see if it makes +R better

Awesome build! Did you do anything funky to get the pressure readings in PSI on the Log R? Or is that how all Canadian/US market cars come? Cause I noticed you're running Celcius for temps...
My AUDM has both in metric system thats why i'm curious that yours is in both metric and imperial. I personally would love to have the oil/boost pressures in PSI like yours rather than KPI.

Hey Terence, apologies for seeing this late! So our Canadian-spec comes pre-configured with these settings, I didn't modify the gauges. I'm sure the FL5's south of the border have Fahrenheit and PSI on their LogR. Funnily enough, I actually prefer to have temps displaying in Fahrenheit as well
