Unity Performance Humza's FL5 Build Thread

Curiosity got the best of me so I sent one of our flat-bottom wheels to SWEIDIT, and we're doing a one-off for my FL5. Aaron/his team stripped off the existing leather and stitching, and then we decided to add perforated napa leather sides, alcantara top and bottom with a blue ring, and deviated blue, grey, black stitching.

Can't wait to hold this in my hands! We're thinking of offering some level of customization through the website, but mostly would recommend SWEIDIT to anyone who wants to get carried away and have a one-off Unity Steering Wheel for less than the cost of the large brand name wheel. Ps. our cores are the same as the large brand names.

Am about 1000 miles into the chassis mods and car feels great. Surprisingly the change in NVH is pretty much unnoticeable most of the time. Wish I had the luxury of doing one change at a time as it is hard to know the overall contribution from the dampers vs collars. I may be late to the fl5 party but can’t stress how great a daily it is plus easily fits two car seats in the back. Hoping to add a Fujitsubo exhaust and downsize to 18 inch Advan GT’s at some point over the next year or so. Can’t wait to see the custom steering wheel installed in your car, looks very classy with just a hint of blue to match the wrap.
