I usually split a garage with someone when I'm there. I just primarily use it to store my bins and wheels, and to swap tires, or in case need somewhere to do work if something went awry

Exactly. Plus I am not driving my conti ECF 10+ hours in the spring. Too much risk of rain so I'll have a set of tires in the back too.
