I'm running RV6 BPV it has a unique sound kinda like the old Tial BOV.

Buyer beware, blow off valves aren't meant for cars with mass airflow sensors like ours. Our cars measure the air at the intake and this BOV throws that measurement out the window every time you let off the throttle, causing you to run rich for a very short period. It won't do much harm, but it's not ideal for the K20C1. Only way to run this proper is with a speed density tune on MoTeC.

For all intents and purposes, a vent to atmosphere BOV on a MAF tuned car is an on-command boost leak.[\quote]

I've had the HKS BOV vent to atmosphere for about 10k miles now. No issues.

Does this only work with the RV6 (or other aftermarket) Turbo?
It will work with factory but could throw a code since it responds differently from stock. Just mention it to whomever is tuning your car. @Jester04 had to make some changes to my tune for it.
I am running it with the MHI Stage2.
