Can one Hondata flash pro be used on multiple cars? I have two Si’s to tune. One coupe and one sedan. I don’t want to buy two flash pros.

You can only have one of them on a reflash. You could tune both Si with the same FlashPro but only one can be reflashed at a time

So you’re saying I can reflash one car, but the other car has to be custom tuned?

the flash pro has to be locked to the ecu before being used, so you can only use that device on one car at a time. It can be used on whichever car you choose to use it on, just only one at a time.

What’s the difference between the carb and race versions?

The blue CARB version is a 50 state emissions legal version of the FlashPro, and it has limited tuning capabilities (but you can still adjust boost levels with it). The red Race FlashPro has full tuning capabilities but is not emissions legal. The CARB version is also $200 less.

Can the CARB version delete CEL? Planning on getting a downpipe too.

doubt it since it's 50 states emission legal/compliant. But.... you could go with a CEL defeat method like a 02 sensor spacer. They're fairly common and effective. Most people use the ones which just restrict flow to the sensor but some opt for the ones which have a small cat inline. Example here:
