hey josh. I still love my set up but sometimes I want to try something else just to change the look of the car. Probably a white or bronze God spec TE.Hi Japster. 10 months on, how are you feeling about the wheels / tyres now ?
Cheers,
Thanks Nars.hey josh. I still love my set up but sometimes I want to try something else just to change the look of the car. Probably a white or bronze God spec TE.
I have the same question. This is the perfect spec for me. I've ordered the same wheels in matte black in face4 (I'm assuming this is either face 3 or 4 as they look pretty concave). I'm so excited for this. One question though, how do you find the 275 vs a 265 tyre? I'm not sure which to go for. I imagine the 275 would provide more grip but maybe increase road noise?
Remember the day mine arrived. Like Christmas morning. Great choice.Joining the Godspec club here soon. Wowsers - face 4 is no joke with the concave level!![]()

I've not found any negatives. Maybe the tiniest bit of steering feel lost but I think that's just because I read a comment that said that otherwise I wouldn't have noticed. Honestly the extra grip is noticable. I also like the meatier tyre look and the peace of mind it gives you on bad roads.I have the same question.
I'm leaning towards the 10 inch width with a 275/35. I'm not worried about noise, but am a little concerned with tramlining, or any potential negatives.... (there may not be any negatives!)
But it would be great to hear from someone running the 275/ 35, especially if they have experience with the 265/35 also ?
Cheers,
Josh.
Did have to get the Mugen kit color matched (if so, did you take it to the Honda dealer?) or did you order it that way?You wont regret your decision. The concavity of the wheels alone is a no brainer.
Here is my current set up looks like.
