Looks good, and will ride good. I also did this on my OEM’s with a set of 275 Kuhmo’s. This is the best setup for the OEM wheels IMO.
Just got H&R springs put on also in preparation for my summer set godspec CE’s.
Enjoy it!

Yeah, the 30 series tires are way too thin for this car. It just makes the gap look huge. Still not sure why Honda doesn’t do like BMW and Mercedes and put some good size tires with better offsets.

and just looking at the pictures, the nineteenths are actually almost too big for that car. It should come with a nice set of 18s. It’s too small of a curve for those rims, and I’m always for bigger wheels lol

I feel the opposite. 18's look too small (unless the car is dropped). IMO a 35 profile tire is def needed for sure but 19's are perfect and with the right offset and drop <chef's kiss>.

Yeah, I'm liking this more and more....getting some spacers to bring it out a BIT more: 12mm front and 15mm rear I think. Just curious if that amount of spacer, bolt on, will fit with the factory wheels?? I did post on this but haven't had any feedback yet.

I am running 20mm in the front and 25mm in the rear. You'll be fine. Make sure you get a quality spacer (H&R )

No, what I'm worried about is weather the factory studs will clear the wheels going with a shorter or less spacer? I run a 5mm now that just slips over, just want to be sure going with LESS spacer they will fit. Get it?? :)

No idea. I like the security of a hub-centric spacer utilizing a stud with full thread as opposed to a slip on spacer where you would be using less thread on stock stud. Seems risky no ?

No idea. I like the security of dedicated studs with full thread not just a slip in spacer that utilizes the stock studs with less thread. Seems risky no ?
These will be....the 5mm are too small to worry about, but just wonder if I bolt on a 12mm/15mm spacer, will the factory studs "fit". The wider the spacer the more room you have between them and the factory wheel...so want to make sure there enough 'room' for the factory studs with only 12mm.

I def think if you are using a hub-centric spacer like the one you dropped above that a 12MM will work. There are guys running 10MM spacers with no issues so an odd number like 12mm shouldn't be much different. 15 MM seems to be pretty common as well. Good luck my guy.

UPDATE: So it's 'warm' here in CLE the past few days, but damn and today rain. Last night I took the CTR on a little trip for dinner and shopping. Grip on the hypertracs is fantastic even when cold, I mean they are ultra high perf all seasons after all....

But...I still need to get used to FWD! LOL. Tires do break free a lot as this car has some definite balls! But at least it's not as bad as the factory michelins in the cold/snow!! LOL

Snow this weekend maybe, so get to see how close these tires are to what they were on the TLX Type S....FANTASTIC! But I did have the iconic SH AWD doing it's thing too.

Learning curve. But damn this thing is FAST!!

A few thoughts on spacers for this platform:

Slip on spacer of 5mm or less - should be fine
Bolt on spacer of 20mm or more - should be fine
Bolt of spacer of 15mm or less - may require trimming the factory wheel studs
Slip on spacer of more than 5mm - I'd recommend replacing the wheel studs with extended studs from ARP or similar.

Ultimately most people are running 20mm bolt on hubcentric spacers with the factory wheels, with some going 25mm in the rear because it is slightly more narrow from the factory.

Yeah, I never do more than 5mm slip on. Waiting on the 12mm (front) and 15mm (rear) and hopefully they'll fit.....GULP lol
