This is a very low mileage Type R with quality bolt on parts & a custom dyno tune. Truly a “turnkey solution”, ready for a buyer who planned on doing most of these mods and doesn’t want the expense of buying, installing, and tuning.

I bought new in March 2023 and have been very meticulous with everything. I don’t use cheap parts or cut corners. It’s only had one oil change, one tire rotation, and the cabin air filter replaced. It was aligned after all suspension work. Has current PA state inspection & emissions through March 2025. Only top tier 93 octane (Sunoco) has been used. I have a lot of physical paperwork & email receipts for parts and labor, plus a spreadsheet with date/mileage of every part install/maintenance. It’s truly in pristine condition, never tracked or raced, and garage kept. Mechanically perfect, no issues at all. There is not a scrape or chip on the paint.

The only negative is a very small abrasion on the bottom of the leather steering wheel from a pocket knife clip scraping it. You won’t notice it unless you look for it. Included is a picture to show this minor flaw.
